ABOUT

MISSION

Spreading the utility and benefits of living life based on the principles of behavior through education, support and individualized coaching.

Andrew Arellano M.S., BCBA, LBA

My journey in the behavior science field began over 16 years ago when I was given the opportunity to work in a clinic serving children with Autism. A college student at the time, I had no idea I would fall in love with this work and go on to earn my Master’s degree, and furthermore, become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

I have worked with clients (early intervention to early adulthood), caregivers, teachers and other professionals, teaching skills to each along the way. What I love most about my job is teaching. I am most fulfilled by spreading the knowledge of behavior and seeing others progress towards their goals.

I strive to live a value-based life. It is difficult at times. In those difficult times I always fall back on what I learned with behavior analysis. This career path has allowed me to connect with many of my values. I want to assist others using science to ensure they are meeting their values in whatever position they need. I enjoy parent training, working in schools and collaborating with other professionals.

My time outside of work is spent with my family and doing my best to contact my top values of health, learning, independence and creativity.

We’re here to help.
